TAFISA is a non profit organization registered at the law court in Frankfurt and thus subject to German law.

From 2010, TAFISA is legally qualified as a not for profit organisation. This allows donations to TAFISA to be tax deductable for the donor. Should you need more information, or be interested in making a tax deductable donation to TAFISA, please contact the TAFISA office.
